During this hands-on class, Jeffrey Carpenter, Workforce Development and Training Coordinator with Granite Bay Care, introduces various simple recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. Participants will sample three recipes, Strawberry Nutella Bites, Chili Cheese Dog Bites, and Mini Artichoke and Spinach Cups, and learn how to properly store these meals. You will also receive a cookbook with over 60 muffin meal recipes with pictures of the finished products. Bring in a small container to take home leftovers. MATERIALS FEE: A materials fee of $10 is due to the instructor at the start of class.
