About This Activity
JA BizTown combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. This popular program allows elementary school students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for mayor. The program helps students connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world. Each student will interview and be assigned a job, which they will work all day in our Biztown simulation. Our simulation date is TBD in April 2026. Textbook included in class fee. Intended for grades 4-5. We will accept students in Grade 3 if they can add and subtract decimals. Teacher: Angela Ellis
