About This Activity
Calling all neighborhood heroes! Young students will engage in meaningful community projects that foster empathy, teamwork, and social responsibility impacting the Middle Tennessee area. Through hands-on activities, they’ll learn the importance of giving back by helping local organizations and assisting those in need. From making snack bags for unhoused families to creating blankets for dogs at the animal shelter, each project will empower kids to make a positive impact in our community. We’ll see first hand how small acts of service can create big changes in our neighbors around Nashville. Teacher: Val Smith
