About This Activity
Let’s dive into the exciting world of chemistry! Each class will be hands-on, with fascinating chemistry labs to keep young scientists interested and curious. This class will take place 100% in our kitchen at the Curve and most of the experiments will involve foods and items from the kitchen. We’ll create opportunities for students to work in groups or with a lab partner to give them experience with peer collaboration and teamwork. We’ll be covering elements on the periodic table, atoms, molecules, matter, reactions, and more. Put on your lab coats and goggles, because we aren’t afraid to get our gloves dirty in this class.
