About This Activity
Learn the basics of culinary arts in this course. We’ll cover how to measure, read and follow recipes, safety and sanitation, and knife skills. We’ll investigate where the nutrition is in food and how our body uses it. Food labs and demonstrations will focus on new topics each week. A final meal using learned material will also be prepared.
