About This Activity
In our Coding class, students will explore the exciting worlds of both Scratch and other programming languages, gaining a strong foundation in coding that they can build on for years to come. Students will create interactive stories, games, and animations by dragging and dropping coding blocks, learning key concepts like sequencing, loops, and logic. As they advance, they’ll learn how to write code to solve problems, create projects, and automate tasks. Through hands-on activities, challenges, and group projects, students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills while having fun bringing their ideas to life with code. By the end of the class, students will feel confident in their ability to use code to create their own digital projects!
