About This Activity
In this colorful workshop, K–2nd grade students will explore the vibrant traditions, art, and flavors of India—with a special focus on the festival of Holi. Children will create bright, Holi-inspired artwork celebrating color and joy, and help prepare a simple, kid-friendly Indian treat. With stories, music, and interactive activities, students will enjoy a playful “journey” to India while building curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for world cultures.
