About This Activity
In this creative workshop, K–2nd grade students will explore the colors, stories, and flavors of Russia through hands-on art and cooking fun. Children will make bright, Russian-inspired artwork—such as patterns inspired by folk designs—and help prepare a simple, kid-friendly Russian treat. With music, stories, and interactive activities, students will enjoy a playful “journey” to Russia while building curiosity, creativity, and an appreciation for world cultures.
