This e-learning module, Enhancing Decision-Making and Accountability: Governance for Nurse Leaders, explores the principles and structures that guide governance in healthcare settings and the nurse leader’s role within them. Learners will examine organizational, clinical, and professional governance frameworks while developing skills to support informed decision-making, policy development, and quality improvement. The course also addresses common governance challenges and strategies for strengthening accountability and stakeholder engagement across all levels of leadership.
