About This Activity

Youth Fitness Camp is an active and encouraging program for students in 1st through 8th grade, focusing on building strong foundations for lifelong fitness. This camp introduces campers to a wide range of fitness components in a safe, age-appropriate, and supportive group setting. Campers will be coached through all aspects of fitness, including strength training, plyometrics, speed and agility, flexibility and mobility, balance, and coordination. Instruction begins with the basics and gradually builds, allowing students of all ability levels to feel successful while being challenged to improve each day. Youth Fitness Camp emphasizes proper technique, effort, and personal growth while helping students build confidence, stay active, and develop healthy habits in a fun and motivating environment. This camp is hosted by Coach Andrew Shaw and Coach Kayli Mothershed
