This class introduces students to the basics of yoga and mindfulness, providing an engaging space for increased awareness, self-discovery, and overall balance in the mind-body connection. Through a combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness exercises, students will learn tools to manage stress, deepen their awareness, and to feel more calm, centered, and confident. By the end of the class, students will be equipped to integrate these skills into their daily lives for greater well-being and resilience. No out of class work will be assigned. Teacher: Liz Bonner
