Join us for a fun, playful class designed to introduce young kids to the magic of movement and mindfulness! Through engaging yoga poses, simple breathing exercises, and fun activities, your little one will build confidence, develop focus, and learn tools to manage big emotions—all while having a great time. This class is all about connection: connecting with their bodies, their breath, and each other. We’ll stretch, wiggle, laugh, and pause, creating a safe space where differences are celebrated and kindness is key.
