This peaceful, playful and interactive class will include a mix of movement and yoga poses (real and made up/student created), mindfulness activities, movement exercises, books, music, positive self affirmations, breath work and herbal tea time. This class will lay a foundation for and nurture the development of emotional intelligence, self awareness, self regulation and esteem, as well as fostering inner strength/resilience, empathy, learning to listen to one's body and the importance of our collective health, well-being and happiness.
