About This Activity
Lacrosse in tight windows $89 6 Sundays Sessions: 11am-12:30 January 11,18,25 February 1, 8, 22 (skip presidents weekend) Indoors at St. Luke’s main gym. Mini goals n tennis balls. (We will make use of outdoor turf if we get favorable weather) Gear: shorts, reversible, sneakers, full lacrosse gear, short stick. Emphasis: touches, soft hands, picks, seals, defensive communication, shooting, finishing in tight.
