This active class introduces participants to a variety of sports by focusing on fundamental skills like catching, throwing, kicking, and more. Each week features a different sport, along with exciting drills and games designed to build coordination, confidence, and a love for physical activity. Participants will focus on a new sport each week. All equipment is provided. For our toddler-friendly classes (ages 2–3.5), we encourage parents to actively join in to help keep their little ones engaged and involved.
