In this portraiture class, young artists will explore the basics of drawing faces while developing their creativity and observational skills. They will learn how to sketch facial features, understand proportions, and add expressions to bring their portraits to life. I will teach using a mix of traditional and playful techniques to grasp their interest, such as sketching from observation, narrative self-portraits, and even creating proportionally correct characters.
