About This Activity
Calling all teens who love art, enjoy working with kids, and want to learn valuable leadership skills! The Teen Leadership Program allows interested 13-17 year olds to transition into staff support and vital liaisons representing the young artist experience. We combine leadership skills, emotional intelligence and awareness training and exclusive arts programming to give our teens stipends when they work with us as summer camp staff support.
