About This Activity
In this frisbee atelier, students will learn the fundamentals of frisbee play including throwing techniques, improving hand eye-coordination, target accuracy etc. Students will work towards understanding the rules and structure of Ultimate Frisbee eventually leading to short scrimmage matches.
