1st-4th Sports Hour is designed to promote functional movement, increase speed and agility and introduce participants to new sports and skills from week to week. All of the sports covered during this (6) week program will be team sports. Each session will see the first (15) minutes with a dedicated focus on developing functional movement, increasing speed, agility and stamina. The remaining (45) minutes will focus on a particular team sport and basic skill sets associated with the that sport. Classes will meet for a total of (6) Sessions.
