About This Activity
Students will learn and explore the fundamentals of Hip Hop Dance from Grooves and Isolations to Floor Work and Performance. These themes will be used to guide students in how to use Dance Movement as a source and outlet for mindfulness, meditation, and healing.Students will then have the opportunity to cultivate their own dance style and routines for an end of semester showcase.
