Coach Kevin has been tumbling since he was seven and has been teaching tumbling for over 20 years. He was a competitive cheerleader for over 20 years, winning more than 10 Solo National Cheerleading Championships. Class description: All Tumbling classes will include stretches, warm-up, and tumbling. I start with the basics of tumbling, and each student progresses to their level. We focus on flexibility, building core muscles, and overall strength training to enhance skills. ***Students will need: athletic shirt and shorts/leggings or a Leotard and athletic shorts (shorts or spandex shorts/leggings). ***
