Coach Kevin has been tumbling since he was 7 and has been teaching tumbling for over 20 years . He was a competitive cheerleader for 20+ years winning over 10 Solo National Cheerleading Championships. Class description: All Tumbling classes will include stretches, warm up, and tumbling class. I start with the basics of tumbling and each student progresses to their level. We work on flexibility, building core muscles, and overall strength training to improve on skills. ***Students will need: Athletic shirt and shorts/leggings or Leotard and Athletic shorts (soffe shorts or spandex shorts/leggings).
