At the Y, our youth basketball clinic helps 10 to 12 year olds develop fundamental basketball skills while teaching teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. Skills taught include passing, shooting, dribbling, and the rules of the game. The focus of our youth basketball leagues is to have fun, and meet new friends.
What Do I Need:
Please have your child wear athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes. You should also have them bring a water bottle, and a basketball for your child to use during the clinic. Please clearly label all items you send with your child.
Spectators should bring a chair to use when watching. Please do not bring food into the gym, and all liquids should be in a bottle that has a secure cap and seal.
