About This Activity
The "Judo" club offers you to explore the world of martial arts. You will discover the values and philosophy of Judo. You will learn ground fighting and standing techniques. You will also learn the Japanese names of techniques and refereeing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced student, boy or girl, we welcome everyone to the tatamis with great pleasure. Mondays 3:30-5:00pm
