In AI Creators, students in grades 3-5 learn about computer vision, self-driving cars, and language learning in chatbots - all scaffolded in an age-appropriate and engaging curriculum. Along the way, they will cultivate algorithmic and computational thinking skills that prime them for success in STEM while exposing them to block-based programming tools like Scratch and Thunkable. Our curriculum and pedagogy emphasize intentional technology use, collaboration, social good, and ethical responsibility. The program is led by Inspirit AI's team of graduate students and industry professionals from MIT, Stanford, and the Ivy League schools. Machine Learning Talks: Learn about a machine learning algorithm in an accessible and intuitive way from your teacher before we play around with examples in our coding workspace. Paper Programming: Cultivate abstraction, creativity, and design thinking with non-traditional approaches to reasoning about algorithms and UX/UI design. Block-Based Coding: Using Scratch, a platform developed by MIT, quickly get a project off the ground and receive instant feedback on your performance. Project-Based Learning: Through three main projects, students will flex their newly acquired talents in hackathon-style—with plenty of feedback and support from their teacher and classmates!
