About This Activity
Description
Get ready to roll, twist, and create. In this hands-on quilling paper art class, students will explore the magical world of transforming simple strips of paper into colorful, eye-catching designs. Each week, children will get to work on a project and practice techniques—coiling, shaping, gluing, and building patterns—while creating their own animals, flowers, cards, and imaginative masterpieces.
This class is perfect for elementary-aged artists who love crafting or want to try something new. Quilling helps build fine motor skills, patience, and creativity, all in a fun and encouraging environment. Students will leave each session with a finished project they can proudly take home.
Come unwind, get creative, and discover how much beauty can come from a single strip of paper.
Class will be held at the Elementary School afterschool, likely in the maker space. On No School Days there will be no class.
