About This Activity
Description
Family Book Making ClassThis is a unique weekly gathering to create and craft a bound book to keep forever. Spend quality time together in a unique and creative way.Register one person in your family group that would like to take on the project. As many friends and family members (Grandmas, siblings, close friends, etc.) that would like to contribute and support the process of making ONE Book can join in.The authorship and editing responsibility can fall on anyone contributing. Each person registering can work as just an individual or have any assortment of loved ones accompany each time they come in to work. Thus a family may like to register multiple people to EACH make their OWN book - or they could all work on ONE together.Possibly each member could be responsible for completing a PAGE or a TASK (such as sewing the binding, vs painting or cutting shapes, or writing the words ).Individual photos, art supplies, and previous artworks can be incorporated directly or collaged into this memory or story book. Paint and materials will be limited in amount to each book to ensure ample supply for each one. But you are welcome to bring your own excessive supplies to ensure everyone can paint for a large crew, etc.
