About This Activity
In this favorite Seven Rivers program, participants will learn the basics of fire building, food prep, baking and traditional cooking over an open fire. We will explore seasonal recipes, where the ingredients come from and how they nourish us. Knife skills and technique for carving and whittling will be taught as well, allowing participants to craft utensils and other small items. **Students from Newmarket Elementary will be picked up at the end of the school day, transported to Newfields. Pick up at 530pm for ALL STUDENTS will be at Newfields Elementary School*
