About This Activity
Description
This workshop introduces the fundamental moves of step aerobics, perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their techniques while building stamina and endurance. We have combined Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip hop music and lots of swag to provide our participants with a fresh spin on an old concept!
Children under the age of thirteen (13) must have an adult guardian on site (in the parking lot) at all times.
