About This Activity
Description
This class will feature 1-2 choreographed step routines that will be taught and practiced during the workshop. Xtreme Hip Hop is a high energy toning and cardio class combining Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip hop music, and lots of swag to provide our participants with a fresh spin on an old concept!
Children under the age of thirteen (13) must have an adult guardian on site (in the parking lot) at all times.
