Calling all those big kid gymnasts- past, present or want to be!! This class is specifically designed for those teens and adults wanting to learn, improve or practice their skills in gymnastics. Class includes proper stretching and warm-up, skill acquisition on the floor, vault, balance beam, bars, and cool down/conditioning activities.
