About This Activity
Description
Ages 8 years and up.
This boxing class will be a full-body workout, significantly improving your cardiovascular health, boosting endurance, enhancing hand-eye coordination, improving balance, building strength, and can even contribute to positive mental health by helping manage stress and boosting confidence through its physically demanding nature. Each class will include an hour of physical fitness (strength and conditioning), and an hour of boxing techniques and fundamentals.
Gloves, wraps and headgear are available to use at the facility if you don't have your own. Students will need to bring their own mouthguard.
