Modern self-defense: It is based on traditional martial arts that have been updated. Karate is an ancient fighting art that has evolved over thousands of years. Karate is an unarmed method of combat in which all parts of the anatomy are used to punch, strike, kick or block. Karate can be a sport in which you compete in tournament or an art of self-defense. During the course, the student will start learning basic techniques and forms. Class instructor has more than 30 years of experience. Progressive ranking is offered through Chikubu-Kai. If you decide to continue, a $30 annual fee is required, payable to the instructor, for membership in Chikubu-Kai.
Children under the age of thirteen (13) must have an adult guardian on site (in the parking lot) at all times.
