In our progressive gymnastics program, school-age children develop total body strength, balance, coordination and tumbling skills through activity circuits and conditioning drills. Once fundamentals are mastered, gymnasts test their skills on the balance beam, vault and uneven bars. Class contests, games and relay races help motivate gymnasts as a group, while each gymnast is encouraged to develop strength and skill at her own unique pace.
Participants must be enrolled in first grade.
Refund request must be submitted before class start date.
Requirements: Gymnastics attire – leotard or athletic shorts/pants with a shirt tucked, non-skid footie socks, easy slide on shoes for entering and exiting the facility, hair pulled up and away from face, and water bottle.
