Two SessionsNolensville Rec CenterSaturdays, November 7th and 14th1:00-4:30pmJoin instructor Sarah to learn how to quilt with a sewing machine! In this beginner friendly class, students will learn how to use a sewing machine to patchwork and create a quilted baby blanket. They'll walk away with a cute homemade decoration perfect to display or give to a loved one!
The instructor will have some fabrics, but students are recommended to bring their own fabrics that fit their personal taste. They will need 2 yards of fabric for the top of the quilt and 1.5-2 yards for the bottom. Along with fabric students will also need to bring the following items:
- Batting, 50 x 50 in is recommended but should be not smaller than 30 x 40 in
- 1 spool of thread and 2 sets of embroidery floss in the colors of their choosing
