About This Activity
Introduction to Drawing June 22- 26 Mikayla Spivey This introductory drawing camp invites young artists to explore the art of drawing through close observation and creative experimentation. Students will learn how to observe by drawing from museum artworks, objects, and life. Through guided exercises, they will develop foundational skills in observational drawing, practice expressive mark making, and experiment with a variety of drawing materials such as pencil, charcoal, ink, and mixed media. The class encourages curiosity, confidence, and personal expression while building essential drawing skills.
