This enriching experience will empower your child to explore the beauty of self-expression through yoga poses, cooperative play, and vibrant artistic endeavors. Under the canopy of trees and amidst the serene beauty of the Hermitage grounds, your child will embark on a journey of self-discovery, developing strength, flexibility, and a profound connection to their creative spirit. Art projects will incorporate Shadow yoga’s emphasis on dynamic movement and the importance of the silhouette. Projects will include poseable sculptures, yoga flip books, a sun salutation collage, silhouette portraits, shadow tracing, and natural light shadow art.
