About This Activity
Description
Aqua-Fit is a fun mid intensity with low impact water workout designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health and strength. The class will incorporate a warm up, cardio, strength and stretch. Water dumbbells and noodles are used at the instructor's discretion.
Appropriate swimwear is required; water shoes are recommended.No class July 12 or Aug. 2
