Master instructor Albert Balestrieri teaches the foundations of kenpo karate, including stances, maneuvers, blocks, kicks, and strikes. Students are encouraged to think creatively through this teaching and develop a strong foundation in the art of kenpo karate. At the end of the program, students will be awarded their yellow belt. No uniform is required for this class, workout clothes is acceptable. For ages 6 and older.
