About This Activity
Description
he Speed, Agility & Quickness Workshop helps teens improve speed, coordination, balance, and overall athletic movement through fun and active drills. Participants will practice sprinting, footwork, quick direction changes, and reaction exercises in a supportive environment designed for all fitness levels. This program helps teens build confidence, stay active, and improve the skills used in sports and everyday movement.
