About This Activity
Description
This clinic is designed to give young athletes focused instruction on the fundamental skills of flag football before transitioning into a controlled scrimmage to apply what they’ve learned. Players will spend the majority of the session developing key techniques — from catching and throwing to route running and flag pulling — through structured drills and games, then finish with live action to reinforce skills in a fun, game-like setting.
