About This Activity
Description
The Strength Training 101 for Teens program teaches teens how to safely and confidently use the weight room. Over four weeks, participants will learn proper lifting technique, barbell and dumbbell basics, the importance of recovery, and programming for optimal results. This small group program focuses on building strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness skills in a supportive environment.
