The Youth Triathlon Program aims to introduce children to the fun and excitement of triathlon while building fitness, teamwork, and community.Monthly training options are Sundays from 2-3:30 at the NKC YMCA and flexible to the level of kids’ ability - Session integrates swim, bike, and run, along with other critical elements of multisport training.
*The Youth Triathlon presented by TRiKC - Open to YMCA youth participants and youth from the surrounding community, bringing together other YMCA locations to celebrate the program and the sport of triathlon.
