About This Activity
Bread Making. Learn the art of homemade bread baking in this fun, hands-on class! Students will make artisan bread, soft cinnamon rolls, Amish friendship bread, and pumpkin bread while learning essential baking skills like working with yeast, kneading dough, measuring ingredients, proofing, and baking from scratch. Each week, they will take home delicious treats, the recipe and the confidence to recreate them at home.
