Royals Run Club is a fun, safe, and accessible way for students to improve their physical fitness, develop healthy habits, and build confidence through running and walking activities! We will learn about stretching, proper running form, nutrition and hydration through a combinations of running exercises and games. No running experience is necessary, all are welcome! We will be outside every week, so weather appropriate running clothing, shoes and a water bottle will be required. We will culminate all the fun with a “fun run” the last week, where we run either a mile or half mile (depending on how the kids are doing/ages) and parents can come and watch, if they’d like, and then we will celebrate with popsicles Instructor: Jen Gorny
