About This Activity
Introduce your child to all there is to know about environmental filmmaking. This camp will teach the fundamentals of becoming your own eco-documentary filmmaker. Students will explore the basics of filmmaking and photography, focusing on our local rainforests, and understanding ocean protection, and waste reduction, while exploring the beauty of BC’s west coast. Students will engage in recording their own work while understanding the fundamentals of editing, and how to engage their audience behind the lens surrounded by nature! Participants will learn the basics of how photography and video cameras work. No experience is required.
