Decorative Stuffed Pillows for ages 6-13 Instructor: Mila Pershyna September 28 Day: Sunday Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM 1-day workshop: (M) $45; (NM) $50 Material fee: $10 payable to the instructor on the day of the workshop In this engaging, hands-on workshop, young crafters will dive into the world of textile design by creating their decorative fleece pillows in fun shapes such as hearts, stars, clouds, moons, and squares. Students will learn the basics of hand sewing in a supportive environment, with no-sew options available for beginners who are just getting started. As students gain confidence, more advanced participants will have the opportunity to enhance their designs with functional details like pockets or travel straps, adding both creativity and purpose to their finished pillows. With a mix of bold colors, soft textures, and plenty of imagination, each child will walk away with a personalized, cuddly creation they’ll be proud to show off.
