In this fun, hands-on workshop designed just for homeschool kids, students will turn plain sweaters or skirts into festive, one-of-a-kind holiday outfits using colorful fabrics, trims, appliqués, and playful embellishments. Guided by a professional fashion designer, participants will learn basic hand sewing techniques and explore the art of creative styling—adding their flair to a “pretty ugly” holiday garment that’s anything but boring! Each student should bring a sweater or a skirt to decorate. All craft supplies and embellishments will be provided.
