Saturdays; 45 minute lessons; One-on-One instruction - Meets once a week (4 weeks) RAIN OR SHINE
This swim program is designed for participants with developmental, physical, and/or learning disabilities. Adaptive swim lessons will offer a safe and gentle way to strengthen muscles and increase lung capacity while learning water safety.
ALL SWIM LESSONS OFFERED BY NORWALK AQUATIC STAFF
Proper swim attire required:
-No cotton clothing
-No tank tops
-No basketball shorts
-Swim diapers required for ages 3 and under
