Fall Youth Cross Country (Ages 6–12) Ready to run, build endurance, and have a blast this autumn? Join our Youth Cross Country program designed specifically for boys and girls ages 6 to 12! Whether your child is looking to build fitness for other sports, try running for the first time, or compete at their highest level, our program focuses on fun, proper running mechanics, and personal growth in a supportive team environment. When: Starting this August! Practices: Twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) Meets: Saturday mornings (Put your training to the test in fun, age-appropriate community races!) No experience necessary—just bring a water bottle, running shoes, and a positive attitude. Let's lace up and hit the trails together this fall! 🍂🏅
